- Clients may request to cancel a project or service by providing written notice via email.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of project confirmation may be eligible for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.
- If work has already started, a cancellation fee may apply based on the time and resources invested up to the cancellation date.
2. Refund Policy

Non-refundable Services:
Payments made for domain registration, hosting, third-party plugins, and completed work are non-refundable. -
Partially Completed Projects:
If a project is cancelled midway, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and costs incurred. -
Change of Mind:
Refunds will not be granted due to a change of mind after project initiation.
3. Timeline for Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
